Jillian Mullett (MSW, RSW) is a registered social worker in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Jillian is currently offering virtual services to children, youth, adults and families.
With a passion for bringing services to rural communities, Jillian’s services are accessible across the province from the comfort of your own home whether you are in the capital city or remote Labrador. Jillian has a background of working with all ages from children to seniors, in many different areas of the province, using a strengths-based and trauma informed approach.
Jillian strives to create a non-judgmental, safe space for her clients to be exactly who they are, so she can meet them exactly where they may need. Jillian has experience in dealing with trauma, palliative clients and families, complex family dynamics, children/youth and more. Karen Glavine MSW
Karen is a Registered Social Worker in Newfoundland and Labrador and has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and a Master of Social Work from York University.
She has experience counselling individuals and couples as they work through life’s complexities and strive to create a calm and supportive environment. Areas of focus include life transitions, parenting support, ADHD, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. She uses various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness.

Krysta Simms NP
Krysta Simms, MN, NP, F/AA, brings with her 17 years of nursing experience working within Newfoundland and Labrador. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner since graduating from Athabasca University with her Master’s of Nursing: Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019. Prior to this, she graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and worked as a Registered Nurse in NL since 2007. She has worked in both rural and urban NL as well as provided virtual healthcare services to remote NL.
Krysta has extensive knowledge, having worked across many aspects of the healthcare field. She specializes in primary care, mental health, and ADHD care. Other areas of interest include palliative care, emergency care, practice facilitation, advanced foot care, and healthcare management. She has also worked in physical rehabilitation, medicine, cardiac care, and orthopedic surgery. She is looking forward to joining the Flora Foundations team.

Deanne Bambrick #2473
Deanne Bambrick, BA BSW MSW RSW has twenty years of experience working with youth and adults in diverse social work settings. She completed her social work degrees at Memorial University and Dalhousie University. Deanne works with individuals 16+ experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction, and trauma.
She has experience and special interest in the areas of relationships, perinatal health, intimate partner violence, neurodiversity, and parenting children with exceptionalities. She uses evidence-based practice approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, reflective journaling, mindfulness, and narrative therapy in her clinical practice.

With a special interest in neuroaffirming care, Brittany is dedicated to providing support that respects and embraces neurodiversity. She has a particular focus on working with kids, youth, and young adults, offering individual counseling as well as ADHD assessments and counseling. Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys gardening, spending time with her dog, and running.
